【重要通知】API部分旧接口能力下线通知

尊敬的腾讯广告Marketing API开发者，为了提高API的接入效率，平台侧计划于8月30日下线部分旧接口，请开发者根据指引进行升级。
下述为涉及下线的的旧接口，及对应的指引说明
